Screen stuck in loading real time
In case you are stuck in loading screen, please try the following steps:
- Clear your browser cache memory (see how in this article)
- Ask your IT department if your company network is blocking Port 4999, with a firewall for instance.
Port 4999 is the one used by Magnetiq for real time features. So, if Port 4999 has been blocked by your IT department, Magnetiq real time service can't work and you will experience a never-ending loading screen issue.
