To make sure the check-in process is as simple and easy as possible, the check-in section will only display guests you can expect to see at the event.

That means in some cases - for example if a guest has RSVP’d that they can’t come - the check-in list won’t show all the attendees you’ve added to your event.

Here are the guests that will be displayed:

1. if your event has no (Magnetiq) seating plan,

The check-in list will only show attendees with Invitation Status as:

  • confirmed

  • to be confirmed

2. if your event is with seating plan,

The check-in list will only show attendees with Access Status as:

  • sitting

  • standing

  • photographer

  • cameraman

  • staff
